When were you a cultivate intern?

I was an intern during the July Track 2018 internship program.

How did God lead and call you to this internship program?

I remember when I was having a quiet time with the Lord, I asked God for meaningful things that I could do during that season. While staring at my blank paper, I prayed, “Lord, what do you want me to do?” and in God’s perfect time, He answered my prayer. That same day, I was introduced to the internship program, and that was a once-in-a-lifetime-God-given opportunity that I knew I had to take.

How is God working in your life today?

This was the season of my life when I became fully aware of God’s sovereign grace and that I was to trust and obey Him every step of the way because it is Christ who holds my future. I know that He is in control and I have nothing to fear.

Is there a Bible verse that resonates strongly with you during the internship?

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9

What are you going to tell those young emerging leaders who are considering to apply?

Take risks. Step out in faith. Know that the faith that we have is not a blind thing. It begins with knowledge and believes facts. It trusts, and it is worth it! Get ready for a life-changing internship as you embark on this journey with a life-giver – Christ Himself!
